Our number one popular menu item, which is focused on the careful blend of spices! You can enjoy the perfect balance of the taste and spiciness. The secret ingredient is miso. It pairs
very well with mixed grain rice.
The dishes are a perfect fusion of flavors that transport the customer to another world. From the delicate use of herbs to the boldness of spices, every bite is a delightful adventure for the
taste buds.

 

Herb Chicken Wrap Sandwich 650 yen.
Wrapped in a dough kneaded with oatmeal, this wrap sandwich contains carrot slaw, green salad, homemade herb chicken, and a special sauce. It provides a satisfying fullness while being healthy.

A tart made with “seasonal” fruits. It is a gluten-free dessert that does not contain flour, making it ideal for young children and women, with refreshing ice-cold drinks made with homemade ginger syrup.

Mallow Blue Shaved Ice – 500 yen.
Shaved ice made with Mallow Blue, a herb known for its mucosal protective effects. It is effective in relieving symptoms of hay fever and dry throat. You can also enjoy honey lemon on top of the ice.
