“Porcelarts Studio Lino” is operated by a certified instructor recognized by Vogue Japan.
The Porcelarts trial course takes about two hours.
Decorative transfer sheets (decals) are applied to the piece in the studio.
Then, it is fired in a kiln at around 800°C for one day.
The finished piece will be ready in about a week and can be picked up at the studio or shipped by cash on delivery (COD).
There are tons of cute and colorful designs to choose from, like flowers, animals, letters, and ornaments. It is so hard to choose only a few, but in the end, I could not resist and went for the cat with a bow tie!

One thing that I also loved is that you can apply them outside and inside the item, even to the bottom of the cup, so when you finish drinking your tea, a hidden design will appear! I look forward to using it every morning.
The shop offers a variety of porcelain items, such as tableware and accessories, decorated with colorful and charming designs.
Considering they are handmade and of such good quality, I expected them to be expensive, but they were very affordable. I would love to take some to my friends in Spain. The store has items of all sizes, so you can easily fit them in your suitcase.
There are also plenty of teapots, chopstick rests, and pieces with traditional Japanese designs, perfect as souvenirs for overseas visitors.
You can also order custom designs with the name of a friend or family member, or other motifs you like, all at an incredibly affordable price. I was genuinely surprised. I think it’s a wonderful gift idea for a special occasion.
Porcelarts Studio Lino also offers a certification course. After about six months of lessons, you can get officially certified in Porcelarts.
