Lion Heart Osteopathy Sunflower clinic specializes in the treatment of all kinds of pain. It’s located on the animated Sunamachi Ginza Shopping Street in the Kitasuna area. The frontage of the clinic is colorful and easily recognizable due to the numerous lion illustrations. You’ll find the clinic at first glance—no chance to get lost!

If you come by bicycle to the clinic, there is parking near the entry.

You’re sure to be impressed by the size of the clinic: it’s huge and spacious. There are 12 treatment spaces! Such a big osteopathic clinic in Koto-ku is rare.

Mr. Kasahara is the energetic and motivated director of the clinic. He has been working as an osteopath for more than nine years.

More than seven people currently work in the clinic. Like Mr. Kasahara, the staff is young, cheerful and professional. There is a friendly atmosphere.

The clinic offers MPF therapy, which consists of massages, pressures, and frictions applied to painful zones. It’s a form of manual therapy, which improves blood circulation and reduces pain, hardness, and numbness of the muscles. According to Mr. Kasahara, this therapy is very effective for reducing pain, and patients are very happy with it.

The clinic also offers a personal training programs and rehabilitation training. The training room is well-equipped, and the staff is always available to give you advice.

At Lion Heart Osteopathy Sunflower clinic, victims of traffic accidents can receive the therapy they need. After such accidents, victims often experience pain that isn’t clearly understood. The clinic’s staff can find the cause of pain quickly by using a manual technique named “touch X-ray”.

Acupuncture is also offered as a complementary therapy to release pain.

Mr. Kasahara regularly organizes seminars about different subjects. The seminars are free, and everybody is welcomed to attend. Mr. Kasahara invites a different health professional every time, who give useful health advice to participants.

At the clinic, you can also take yoga lessons. Beginners are welcome, and everybody does the exercises with consideration to their own capabilities. No stress! Yoga mats are provided. Lessons cost 1500 yen and last one hour each. It’s an excellent opportunity to stay in good shape.

Thank you Lion Heart, for helping residents to stay healthy and pain-free!
