Juicy 100% Wagyu Hamburg Steak Lunch

Choose from chicken, pork, or beef dishes for the lunch menu.

Highly recommended is the 100% Wagyu Demi-Glace Hamburg Steak.

It comes with salad and bread (or rice) for 1500 yen.

This is a delicious domestic ground beef patty covered in a rich sweet and savory sauce. It comes with a generous portion of seasonal grilled vegetables and a few pieces of baguette (or rice if you prefer).

The salad is also a generous portion of a variety of vegetables and served with a simple olive oil dressing.

Pâté de Campagne

This dish is divine! This is staple food in many parts of Europe which can be found in a delicatessen (deli). With pickles on the side and whole grain mustard it’s a nice combination of peppered meat and slightly sour mustard.

The meat dishes feature not only beef such as sirloin, rump, and filet, but also game meats like lamb and duck. The Iwate Tankaku Wagyu ‘Shinshin,’ is highly recommended, sourced from a ranch in the chef’s hometown of Iwate, and is known for its tender texture in the center of the thigh meat and the natural umami of red meat.

Due to its popularity, this meat may sell out at times. When you want to eat Shinshin beef, make sure to visit them as early as you can!

This is a very lean yet tender cut of meat. It’s popular among women or those conscious of their fat intake. It’s served medium rare on a bed of rosemary herbs with some gr illed seasonal vegetables on the side. The seasoning comes on the side.

You can choose wine to pair with your meal by looking at the wine list, which provides information about the origin and characteristics of each wine.

It’s pleasantly surprising that they offer wine without preservatives like sulfites. There is a wide range of wines offered and if you’re having trouble, you can always ask the staff for their recommendation. They will do their best to communicate in English if you can’t speak Japanese.

If choosing from the list is difficult, you can also convey your taste preferences such as acidity and astringency, and have the staff help you select.
