“Coffee Katano” brews hand-roasted beans using a nel drip method.

They have 12 to 15 types of beans, both regular and special. You can also buy the beans to enjoy at home.

Nel drip is a coffee brewing method that uses a cloth filter called “flannel.”
The owner Mr. Katano has been perfecting his roasting skills for 31 years.
I was amazed by the care and time Mr. Katano takes to prepare each cup of coffee. Every movement is precise and deliberate—it’s clear that he approaches his craft with the dedication of a true artisan.

The tangy kick of the lemon jam perfectly balanced the chocolate gâteau, keeping each bite exciting.
A blend of coffee made with Colombian beans as the base, combined with Ethiopian and Indonesian beans.
The rich Colombian base brought depth, while Ethiopian beans added a bright, fruity note and Indonesian beans gave an earthy warmth. Smooth and complex, every sip unfolded beautifully.
Opened in 2022, “Coffee Katano” welcomes many international visitors. With an English menu available, everyone can enjoy their coffee!
