“no.22 minimy ～Oyatsu to Hito to Machi～” is a handmade baked donut that is not fried, crafted by the owner.
After graduating from a pastry school in the United States, the owner, Ms. Mii, gained around five years of experience working in cafes and restaurants in Japan. She later opened her donut shop, making her favorite donuts the signature menu.
Although donuts are the focus of the shop, there are other items on the menu like affogato, hot sandwiches, and lunch options like curry toast or French toast.
At “no.22 minimy ～Oyatsu to Hito to Machi～”, the owner Ms. Mii’s handmade confectioneries are very popular because they are baked in an oven instead of being fried, making them a healthier option to enjoy.
The texture and density of this oven-baked donut is closer to cake which makes it more satisfying because it’s less airy. It is very much recommended to have a coffee or tea with these donuts as it’s the perfect pairing!
There are six classic donuts, and there are also seasonal limited-time menus.
The available flavors include your standard chocolate with sprinkles, kinako powder (roasted soybean flour) with cinnamon, houjicha (roasted green tea), matcha, chocolate banana pie, and the newest one, blueberry cream cheese. Depending on what’s in season, you might find a seasonal item on the menu. My personal favorite is the houjicha donut. It has a strong roasted and slightly bitter taste.
There are also eat-in-only lunch plates, and the dessert menu’s pudding is also exquisite!
The pudding is delicious. It’s rich and creamy and not overly sweet. I also think customers will love the pretty dishes it comes in!

Supportive merchandise like t-shirts and tote bags are available for sale in the corner of the shop and give the interior a trendy look.
You can take it out or eat in!
It’s quite a nice space to eat in and Ms. Mii likes talking to customers as she cares about the local community, so you can enjoy a nice chat if she’s not busy. Since it’s rather a spacious cafe, she would like to use it for gathering locals for some kind of event in the future. If you’re in a hurry, why not drop in and get takeout?
