“30 Fairview Ave.” is a boutique filled with charming accessories and elegant items.

The shop is filled with a pleasant fragrance and has a warm, inviting atmosphere.
A constant flow of customers gathers around the central table, hunting for small treasures and chatting with Ms. Takahashi, the owner. You will find everything from handmade accessories to soaps, scented sachets, artwork, tea, and plenty of decorations of all kinds hanging from the ceiling and covering the walls. At first glance, it looks like a vintage shop filled with antique-style pieces, but everything is brand-new!

A wide variety of accessories, including necklaces and rings, are also on display.
It’s like a tiny museum full of treasures. No matter how many times you visit, you’ll never see the same things, and it’s fun to think, “What will I discover today?”
Since it’s the kind of boutique where most items are one-of-a-kind, buying something here truly feels like claiming a treasure that no one else has.

The items change with the seasons. In winter, there are plenty of felt dolls, woolen gloves, and other cozy treasures, giving the shop a warm, snug feeling. When summer arrives, the items are swapped with different decorations, keeping the shop fresh and lively. As customers take things home, she brings out new items, so it never gets boring to stop by.

They also sell fragrant diffusers, Italian soaps, and limited-edition Italian lemon olive oil.
The Italian soaps come in many scents, like fresh citrus and soft floral. They also come in pretty boxes, making them great gifts.

Ms. Takahashi spent part of her childhood in Melbourne, and she has always loved traveling. Thanks to this, she draws a lot of inspiration from overseas. She has no problem speaking English with the many customers who visit the boutique, as the area has several hotels popular among foreign visitors. (Please note that tax-free shopping is not available.)

“30 Fairview Ave.” attracts a wide range of customers, mainly women but also many men.
Many tourists buy unique souvenirs to take home.
So if you’re looking for a special gift, something different, or just want to search for small treasures — where else would you find a bag with a Spanish paella recipe printed on it?
Feel free to stop by anytime.
You’ll always find something surprising and fun.
