“Chinese Restaurant Seika,” where dishes are completed right in front of you, creating a warm and natural exchange with the chef.

A wide selection of drinks to complement the food.
The drink selection includes original cocktails, and unique tea blends that pair well with the food. The long counter creates a more personal dining experience, as you can watch the chefs prepare each dish right in front of you, while a large window overlooking the street makes the space feel very bright and open.

“Yodare Dori,” a tender poached chicken generously drizzled with a rich, savory special sauce.
One of the restaurant’s signature dishes. The sauce is prepared with soy sauce, bonito flakes, dried shiitake mushrooms, mirin, sake, and Chinese seasonings, then left to mature for two months to develop its depth of flavor. The chicken sits partially submerged in the sauce, and the set also includes a large gyoza (dumplings) that can be dipped into the remaining sauce, making sure none of it goes to waste.

Gyoza (crispy pan-fried dumplings filled with a savory meat and vegetable mixture), which pairs perfectly with the house special sauce.
One thing worth noting is that the food is not particularly spicy. The chef takes a careful approach, knowing that everyone has different tastes when it comes to heat. Some people prefer little or no spice, while others always feel a dish could use a bit more. For those who love spicy food, extra heat can always be added upon request.

Caramelized Pecan Nuts and Mala Spiced Nuts.
These make for a perfect snack to enjoy alongside drinks. The caramelized pecans offer a satisfying sweetness, while the mala-spiced nuts bring a bold, numbing heat that keeps you reaching for more.

At “Chinese Restaurant Seika,” seasonal ingredients are carefully selected to bring out the best flavors of each season. The course menu changes approximately every six weeks, ensuring there is always something new and fresh to look forward to.
This is not the kind of place you visit for a quick Chinese meal. From the elegant decor and thoughtful lighting to the quality of the food, everything feels carefully crafted. Portions are generous, and the restaurant even offers excellent desserts thanks to its in-house pastry chef. While the staff does not speak other languages, modern translation apps make communication easier than ever. So why not stop by and experience it for yourself?
