“Cafe Bar iRie” is a cozy spot that operates as a cafe during the day and a bar at night, serving cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails made with seasonal fruits.

The most popular item on the menu is the “Pumpkin” cocktail.

It is available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions, so everyone can enjoy its rich seasonal flavor.

One of the things I particularly liked about Cafe Bar iRie is its original concept. It is the kind of place that changes with the time of day, serving as a cozy cafe in the afternoon before becoming a relaxed bar in the evening. The menu reflects this dual identity, with a wide selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails made with seasonal fruits, along with homemade snacks and desserts.

After gaining experience at bars in Ginza, the owner, Mr. Fujishiro, opened Cafe Bar iRie at the age of 26.

Beyond the drinks themselves, much of the charm of Cafe Bar iRie comes from Mr. Fujishiro’s gentle and easygoing personality. He has a natural way of making guests feel at ease, giving the cafe-bar its warm, relaxed atmosphere and making it a place where people quickly feel comfortable enough to stay longer than they had planned.

Limited-Time Red Melon Non-Alcoholic Cocktail

Made with sweet, juicy red melon, this limited-time cocktail is one of Cafe Bar iRie’s seasonal highlights. Blended into a smooth, refreshing drink and topped with melon sorbet, it perfectly captures the fresh flavors of summer in Japan.

Non-Alcoholic “Pumpkin” Cocktail

This non-alcoholic cocktail combines coffee and chocolate to enhance the pumpkin’s natural sweetness.

With its subtle pumpkin flavor, creamy foam, and light dusting of cocoa powder on top, this non-alcoholic cocktail feels almost like a dessert in a glass. Among all the drinks I tried, this one was my personal favorite.

Sweet Potato Balls

These colorful sweet potato balls are another signature treat at Cafe Bar iRie. Crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside, making them a simple but satisfying snack to enjoy alongside a drink.

Pineapple Cocktail

Light, fruity, and pleasantly refreshing, this pineapple cocktail highlights the fruit’s natural sweetness and bright acidity, making it an easy choice even for those who do not usually drink cocktails

Most cocktails on the menu can also be prepared in a non-alcoholic version. This wide selection of mocktails appeals to a diverse crowd, particularly female customers, and helps create the laid-back, welcoming atmosphere that makes the bar so easy to enjoy.

Cafe Bar iRie is pet-friendly, making it a great place to stop by during a walk with your pet.

I had the chance to experience this place during the day and thoroughly enjoyed its calm and welcoming atmosphere. However, after discovering the quality of the drinks and learning more about its concept, I will definitely be coming back to see how it transforms once the sun goes down!
