A brewery pub where you can enjoy craft beer and a wide selection of food.

The brewery is located inside the pub, allowing you to enjoy its original craft beer while watching the brewing equipment through the glass.
As soon as I walked in, my eyes went straight to the brewing tanks at the back of the pub. The space is surprisingly large, yet the brewery naturally becomes the centerpiece of the room. It is a constant reminder that every beer you are drinking is brewed just a few steps away.

Easy-to-drink house-brewed craft beer
The owner is clearly passionate about brewing and was happy to explain every step of the process. I ended up learning far more about craft beer than I expected, and it made me appreciate every pint even more.

The pub also offers a wide variety of food that pairs perfectly with beer.
I was pleasantly surprised by how diverse the menu is. Instead of focusing on classic pub food, they offer a balanced mix of Japanese and European dishes, giving you lots of options to pair with their house-brewed beers. It is the kind of place where you could happily spend the whole evening trying different combinations.

“Hitosuji”
A beer with a sweet, elegant citrus aroma and a gentle bitterness.
If I had to pick one for a relaxed evening, this would probably be it. The fresh citrus notes are noticeable without being overwhelming, and the smooth finish makes it dangerously easy to keep drinking.

“Watashi to Kaite Shitoyaka to Yomu”
A beer with refreshing sweetness and a lingering finish, featuring notes of orange and white grapes.
I am usually drawn to beers with a bit of character, and this one hit the right balance. The hints of orange and white grapes add just enough fruitiness to keep it refreshing, while the clean finish makes it incredibly easy to drink.

“Happuku”
A dark beer with a rich yet light coffee flavor.
Dark beers are normally not my first choice, but this one really surprised me. I expected something rich and heavy, yet it was much lighter than I imagined. The subtle coffee flavor add plenty of character without making it feel overpowering.

Fig and Walnut Cream Cheese Pâté
This is the kind of appetizer that is perfect with a beer. The creamy cheese, sweet figs, and crunchy walnuts create a nice balance of flavors without being too rich.

“Chef’s Selection of Five Oden Items (Japanese hot pot ingredients) ”
(Daikon radish, chikuwa (fish cake tube), atsuage (deep-fried tofu), sausage, and satsuma-age (fried fish cake))
I was not expecting to find oden at a brewery pub, but it turned out to be a great surprise. The light, savory broth pairs really well with their house-brewed beers, making it a comforting dish that is easy to enjoy alongside a pint.

Homemade Thick-Cut Bacon and Eggs – Ghibli Style
If you are arriving hungry, this is definitely the dish to order. The thick-cut homemade bacon is rich and flavorful, while the creamy eggs make it both filling and comforting.

French Fries Marinated in Beer
These reminded me of the homemade fries you would expect from a good French bistro rather than the typical frozen pub fries. The beer marinade does not overpower the flavor, it simply adds a subtle richness that pairs perfectly with a cold pint.

Juicy Chicken Wings (6 Pieces)
Featuring three flavors, including Buffalo sauce flavor
*Normally, each order is served with one flavor of your choice.
As soon as I saw Buffalo wings on the menu, I knew I had to order them. The tangy, slightly spicy flavor paired perfectly with the brewery’s refreshing craft beers, making them one of my favorite beer snacks of the meal.

The pub has ten beer taps, offering six to eight house-brewed and guest craft beers at all times.
If you are looking for more than just another craft beer bar, this place is definitely worth a visit. From the brewery visible behind the glass to the wide selection of house-brewed beers and thoughtfully paired dishes, everything feels carefully put together. I came for the beer, but I left with a much deeper appreciation for the brewing process and already found myself thinking about which beer I would try on my next visit.
