“Thank!me” is a wellness facility in Kiyosumi-shirakawa where you can enjoy machine Pilates, a hyperbaric oxygen box, and a childcare service—all in one place.

One of Thank!me’s biggest features is that it offers multiple wellness services under one roof. The facility includes a machine Pilates studio, a hyperbaric oxygen box, and a childcare space called “Kodomo Asobi Base.” With services that go beyond exercise to include relaxation and childcare support, people of all ages and genders can choose the services that best fit their lifestyle.

At the heart of the facility is the machine Pilates studio. During lessons, participants use a specialized machine called a “Reformer.” The machine’s spring resistance supports the body’s movements, making it easy for even beginners to exercise at a pace that suits their fitness level and physical condition.

Small-group lessons include beginner classes, programs that focus on the core and hips, and “Rhythm Reformer” classes, where you move to music.
Personal lessons are also available for those who want one-on-one instruction and more detailed guidance. Men are welcome to take personal lessons as well.

Pilates is often thought of as a quiet exercise done at a slow pace. At “Thank!me,” you can also join a program called “Rhythm Reformer,” which combines Pilates with music. Moving your body to the beat while focusing on your breathing and Pilates movements makes the workout both fun and effective. It is a great option for people who do not enjoy exercising alone or who like moving to music.

Next to the Pilates studio is a private hyperbaric oxygen box that can accommodate up to two people. The quiet, private space can be used not only for relaxing, but also for working on your laptop or joining online meetings. It is a great place to refresh after exercise, take a break during work, or unwind on a busy day. Parents and children can use it together, although there are age and ear pressure requirements for children, so it is best to check in advance.
First-time users are asked to start with the 30-minute course to help their bodies adjust to the change in air pressure.
Many parents find it difficult to make time for exercise or relaxation while caring for young children.
That is why Thank!me offers an exclusive childcare service for facility users called “Kodomo Asobi Base.
” Rather than simply looking after children, qualified childcare staff play with them and make sure they have an enjoyable time too. Since the childcare room is separate from the Pilates studio, parents can focus on their lesson.
The number of childcare staff is adjusted based on each child’s age, needs, and the number of children. The service is available for children from 3 months old through elementary school age. As childcare is by reservation only, be sure to book in advance together with your Pilates lesson or oxygen box session.

Thank!me is not just for one type of person or lifestyle. Whether you want to spend some quiet time on your own, enjoy the oxygen box with your partner, or work out while your child is cared for, there are many ways to use the facility.
It is also a welcoming place for people who have moved to Japan from overseas and are busy adjusting to work, family life, and a new environment. Instead of always focusing on tomorrow, take some time to care for yourself today. Thank!me encourages a new way to make wellness part of everyday life.
