日替わりのメニューからシェンさんが選んだのは、ナスとローストした合鴨のサンド。サラダとドリンク付きで1,000円。
The menu changes every day. From today’s selection, Ms Shen chose the eggplant and roasted duck sandwich. It comes with a salad and a drink for 1000yen.

千葉県の柴海農園から直送の有機野菜を使ったサンドイッチをメインに、自家製パンが人気。1951年築の長屋を吹き抜けにした建物も魅力。
Their most popular menu items are the homemade breads, and sandwiches which use organic vegetables delivered fresh from the Shibakai Farms in Chiba. The renovated building, originally built in 1951 as a community house, adds to the café’s charm.

モントリオールから国際交流員として来日。現在江東区役所のオリンピック・パラリンピック開催準備室に所属。最近の趣味は区内探検。

She came from Montreal as a Coordinator for International Relations, and currently works at the Olympics/Paralympics Preparation Department of the Koto City Office. Recent hobbies include exploring and discovering her new neighbourhood.
