“TRAVIS BURGER” offers a unique Italian-inspired take on hamburgers.

The “TRAVIS BURGER” menu is divided into two categories: “Specialty,” featuring Italian-inspired flavors, and “Standard,” offering classic burger favorites.
What stood out to me was the balance between creativity and familiarity on the menu. With so many different choices, I would definitely be interested in returning to try another burger next time.

Bolognese Burger
I was really curious to try the Bolognese Burger, and after the first bite, I had to admit that it works really well! The beef patty is topped with Parmesan, and together with the rich Bolognese sauce, it gives the burger an Italian comfort-food feel. Rich, hearty, and seriously satisfying.

Teriyaki Egg Burger
The Teriyaki Egg Burger brings together beef, a soft egg, and teriyaki sauce, a sweet and savory Japanese sauce made with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. It gives the burger a really nice balance of salty and slightly sweet flavors. The bun was another highlight. Soft and fluffy inside, but lightly toasted on the outside, giving it that subtle crunch I really love.

Juicy Grilled Sausage
The grilled sausage makes a great appetizer before you move on to the burgers. Juicy, nicely grilled and served with mustard, it is exactly the kind of thing that goes perfectly with a cold beer while you are waiting for the main course.

A variety of craft beers are also available.
This time, I went for an ale with a nice balance of malty sweetness and a slightly bitter finish. It paired well with the grilled sausage and burgers.

Limited-Time Chocolate Mint Shake
Their Limited-Time Chocolate Mint Shake comes topped with little pieces of chocolate, adding a nice crunch to the creamy texture. I really liked the balance between the chocolate and mint here. The mint was refreshing without overpowering the chocolate, with just the right amount of both flavors.

Brown Sugar Syrup and Kinako Shake
This was probably my favorite drink of the visit. The brown sugar syrup brings a deep, mellow sweetness, while the kinako adds a lightly roasted flavor that gives the shake a distinctly Japanese touch. Creamy without being too sweet, it felt more like a dessert in a glass. This is definitely one I would order again.

Tokyo is full of excellent burger spots, each with its own style and character. What makes “TRAVIS BURGER” stand out is its Italian-inspired approach, which gives the menu a personality of its own. If you want to try a burger that feels a little different from the usual classics, “TRAVIS BURGER” is well worth a visit.
